ice cube painting

This was a neat craft. Ice cube painting. But Molly painted her hands with the ice cubes. The ice cubes were colored with food coloring. Her hands and arms were purple. Oh well.

A Day at the Park

This might be Ruby's first swing. Yeah, she's enjoying the dangle.

WOW! Look how long Molly looks! And both girls are all in pink!
HA HA HA "If I have girls, it's not like I'd dress them all in pink anyway."
But I didn't purchase these clothes (PAMMY).

Pushing them both on the swings. (Until Molly tells me not to push her; she wants to do it by herself.)

Ignore my cackling. "Wee this is fun!" Molly says.

crawling and cuteness

This is Molly's new face. She gets these big eyes. I took this picture to show her she had something on her face. LOL What a cutie-pie?!

Ruby crawled one step and sat up on the 2nd! Here's a video of it from today. She's 8 months old today!

matching red faces

Some matching red faces after a long walk and playing at the park. The park is much further away from our new house. Momma carried Ruby most of the way there and back, but then she wanted to ride in the wagon with Molly. This was fine until both girls wanted both water bottles and neither was content with just one.

In other news... Ruby crawled (forward) one step last night! And a while later she went from sitting to her belly and rolled onto her back and then back to her belly and THEN she SAT BACK UP!

in & out

Ruby's new hobby is to take things out and then put them back in. She was taking blocks from me and putting them in the wagon and then checking to see if they were still there, but it's difficult to capture on camera.

playing with a tactile ball (ok, so it's a ball with lots of little nipples- of course she likes it!)

And playing with a bucket of eggs. She LOVES this. She dumps it out, puts stuff in, dumps it out, repeat, etc. Between this, the blocks & wagon, and the ballpit, there are always toys ALL over. That's why we had kids, right?
